Meet Dr Theresa A. Chika-James
Principal Consultant and Lead Workshop Facilitator
Theresa is the Lead Consultant and Workshop Facilitator at Chrysolite Management Services, where she is responsible for developing trainings, business research and case analysis tailored to client needs.
She has over 10+ years of experience in presenting at national and international conferences, and training individuals and teams in higher education, and nonprofit organizations. She has taught courses on Organizational Behaviour, Managing People, Management Consultancy at Cardiff University, Wales, UK and courses on Nonprofit Management, Managing Change and Managerial Skill Development at MacEwan University, Alberta, Canada.
Theresa is an Associate Fellow of Advance HE (AFHEA), UK, with experience teaching and presenting to diverse audiences in both in-person and virtual settings. While she values opportunities to share knowledge and inspire others, she finds her greatest fulfillment in giving back, serving communities, and supporting people where the need is greatest. She currently serves as Associate Dean and Associate Professor at the Triffo School of Business, MacEwan University and as the Vice-Chair of the Public Health Appeal Board (PHAB), Primary and Preventive Health Services, Government of Alberta.
